Sisterhood will be hosting a reception following the morning service on the first day of Rosh Hashonah. Sisterhood will provide punch and cookies. We are asking that people bring, cheese and crackers or  veggies and dip.  Also, we are asking that food be brought in in disposable serving pieces so that there will be no dishes to wash or store. 

 

Sisterhood will also be hosting the Break Fast for Yom Kippur. Again, please bring dairy or parve delicacies to share on disposable serving pieces.  The clean-up from this event can be enormous, and the less we have to wash and store, the more time the "sisters" can spend with their families. 

 

 We are looking for people to be on the sisterhood scholarship committee.  This committee will probably meet two or three times.  And then, once a year to review applicants.  . Please email me or call if you are interested; we will also  need to rewrite the guidelines.
