( We will not be purchasing the tickets in advance so you can arrive at Altitude at 2 PM the day of the event and still join the group.) 

All participants under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian fill out a waiver form.

The waiver form can be filled out online at https://altitudemerrimack.centeredgeonline.com/waivers   or can be done at the door.  We suggest that you fill out the waiver form in advance. 

Safety Note: 

All participants MUST wear socks with grips on the bottom. 

If you do not have this type of sock you can purchase the socks at Altitude for $3.50.
