The TBJ Adult Education Committee Presents a Special Program:
Superstar linguist, humorist and entertainer RICHARD LEDERER!
“THE JOYS AND OYS OF LANGUAGE.” Best-selling language author and columnist Richard Lederer will reveal the influence of Yiddish words and word order on the English language. Along the way Dr. Lederer will perform the best Jewish jokes ever. You don't have to be Jewish or to know Yiddish to enjoy and learn from this performance. Who knows? You may become more in touch with your Jewish identity.
The TBJ Adult Education Committee is proud to present this Special Program. Mr. Lederer will appear live and in-person in our very own TBJ sanctuary! We will also live-stream it through the wonders of our fancy schmancy technology.
After his program, Mr. Lederer will answer any and all questions – bring ‘em on! He will also sign any of his books (of which he’s written more than 50, including his best-selling Anguished English series).
