To all TBJ Members,

All TBJ members are able to observe the monthly Board of Trustees Meetings if they choose. The meetings are open for viewing only, not participation. There may be occasional needs of privacy for which the President will adjourn the public meeting to a Closed Session.  At that time, you will be asked to leave the room. 

Meetings occur on the first Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30pm. The meetings are pushed to the following Wednesday in the event of a scheduling conflict with religious or secular holidays. The Board typically does not meet in July.
 
This page will be updated before the meeting with the meeting agenda and a current financial report summary.  Detailed financial statements are available to any member who requests them.  Please contact our Treasurer David Braiterman directly at treasurer@tbjconcord.org.
 
Everyone on the board is happy and willing to answer any questions you may have after a meeting.
